Who is this workshop suitable for?
Whether it’s the first time you’ve thought about writing your story or you’re deep into a long-form project, these exercises can help bring energy and insight into your writing life. My goal is to create accessible and safe spaces for people to be creative and true to themselves and their story. I have some trauma-informed training, as well as lived experiences which inform my writing and teaching.
